Camry turns 7

These are just a couple of pictures of my baby that just turned seven years old this last weekend. She was just the cutest little baby and so easy going. The picture with the bandaid was on her 1st birthday. Just before everyone arrived for her party she fell and hit her head on the entertainment center and cut her head open.

Yes this is the birthday girl wearing her new 'heelies' and trying them out in my kitchen.

Camry, ripping into her presents, especially her new heelies. I also got her a new bedspread so we can re-do her room and move her into a full size bed.

My birthday girl.

She actually wanted carrott cake, but I accidently got her pumpkin cake instead.

It's a luau. I let Camry invite a bunch of friends over for a 'Luau'. We made flowered hair clips to match their leis.

Ashley, Autumn, Jaiden
Sophia, Mariah, Anna, Alyssa, Kimi, Olivia
Sophie, Camry, Jessa

Camry doing the 'hula'.

We made cupcakes, put some brown sugar on the frosting as sand and added an umbrella.

Playing some balloon games in the back yard.

No luau is complete without the 'limbo'.

7 things I love about Camry.
* I love how cuddly you are and when you give me hugs and kisses just because.
*I love how persistent you are and how you always want to do your best.
Even if it takes for-ever.
* I love how you are so tender and how you try to hold back those giant crocodile tears.
(I don't know where you get that from)
*I love your crazy one liners. (like OH NO YOU Di'nt)
* I love your infectious giggle.
* I love how you look up to Jaiden and want to do what she does.
*I love how you leave me cute notes all around the house and under my pillow.
Happy Birthday Sweetie, I love you!

my sister's shoe

Camry did the funniest thing the other day. I went to pick her up from her friend Ashley's house and I was helping her hurry to tie her shoes and get out the door when I noticed that she had one of her own shoes on, (size 13) and one of her sisters shoes on that looked the exact same but was a (size 2). She had worn it like this all day and didn't even notice. We all had a good laugh.

Trick or Treat

Our Halloween day was pretty fun this year because the kids had no school. We did a little trick or treating down mainstreet in Logan. It was fun to see all the costumes in daylight. I took a ton of photos and we just took our time. The girls were Mountain Crest Cheerleaders this year and were too shy to do cheers for everyone that asked.

Then we met our cousins, Aunts and grandma at the mall for some more Halloween fun. They had a trunk or treat outside and trick or treating inside. How easy is that. We also stopped at Papa Murphy's for our pumpkin pizza

That night Providence Elementary had a school carnival where the kids got to play lots of games. Jaiden won the cake walk three times. These are some of her (boy) friends and fellow cheerleaders. Jeron and Landen. She was not real happy to pose.

After the carnival, they met up with friends and I took them trick or treating in our neighbor hood. We have a lot of homes and its fun to just let them run around. Camry was so tired by the last few houses I had to carry her. Jaiden went on a little longer with her friends and and me and Cam came home and sat on the porch to hand out candy, light our pumpkins and wait for Jaiden. When she got home, I had to wait up so she could dump out all her candy and sort it out. I loved to do this as a kid too.

All in a days work!

Pumpkins

Carving pumpkins. This is really not my favorite thing to do, so I'm glad the kids can clean them out themselves and dad likes to carve them. We usually download pictures from the internet and copy them to the pumpkins. My job is bake the pumpkin seeds. Here are a few fun pics.

High School Musical 3

I took the girls to see High School Musical 3 last week. It''s actually pretty cute and I'm sure we'll be buying this DVD too. We went with Grandma Smith, Aunt Jamie and the cousins Taylor and Kylie. Grandma bought a huge tub of popcorn for the kids and drinks and treats. She was stuck in the middle of us all, passing drinks and treats the whole movie. I bought tickets on line 2 weeks early and they still sold out. I brought all the girls back to my house after the movie for a sleep over and they sang and danced all night long.

Grandpa Meyer

Fall Family Cookout. Every year around my grandpa's birthday in October my mom and dad do a big dutch oven cookout with all their family. Every one looks forward to the dutch oven cooking and my parents have the perfect yard for lots of running and exploring.

This is my Grandpa Meyer on his 84th birthday.

Melanie, Maree, Maxine, Marcia, and Monica
Cousin Carson is reading the first clue for the scavenger hunt. Aunt Tara made a scavenger hunt for all the kids to do. This year they seriously ran about a mile to get their treats. It's one of the kids favorite things to do.

Lots of cousins equals lots of fun.

me and the girls.

Grandpa Smith made a fun swing for the kids that swings across the creek...... and yes I've taken it for a spin or two.

Jaiden and her cousin Zach climbing trees. This is where we can usually find the cousins at grandpa's,or on the four wheeler, taking a hike or pretty much any where there are no adults.
